Great food and great place to dine in Allen! We got the dip sampler, Mediterranean delight, chicken shawarma wrap (the fries were crispy and flavorful), grilled chicken wrap, and the gyro wrap. All were very delicious and a fair price, shoutout to the tzatziki and baba ghanoush that was so so yummy.

I tried a new restaurant today, it was called La Shish. It’s up in Allen, TX on Main street. We had the Baba ganoush, the fattoush salad and falafel pita. The baba ganoush was nice and Smoky, just the way I like it, I highly recommend if you like anything Mediterranean, eggplant or smokey in flavor. I love the atmosphere, the atmosphere exceeded my expectations, it was kind of a mix of Mediterranean & Moroccan which I thoroughly enjoyed. It looks both clean and fun as well as exotic and I wouldn’t mind going back. We were seated immediately and the waitress was very nice and patient. Just the right level of attentive, not too much, not too little, just right! We had no idea what we were walking into with this sweet, simple little Mediterranean restaurant. This was truly the best and freshest Mediterranean food we have eaten anywhere. The dishes were made with great care to absolute perfection. I have never eaten dolmas as tender and delicious as the ones we had. And the falafel was in a class by itself – very tender, fried to perfection, and the inside of the falafel was a delight I have never tasted like this. We enjoyed FRESH baked pita, warm from the oven, and delicious hummus and artichoke dip (baba ghanouj). All of this on the Mediterranean Platter served with delicious kobka (beef and lamb). We came for dinner and it was not crowded, but I believe they serve a buffet at lunch. Come check this place out. We will definitely be back!

Tried this for the first time this week and already went back later in the week. I have never been a huge fan of this type of food but the grilled chicken wrap was great. Food is very fresh. Also shared the 3-dip appetizer with hummus, baba ganoush and tsatsiki was wonderful!! I will definitely recommend and being going back.

Hubby was craving a gyro so we decided to try La Shish for the first time. It was sooo good. I could have made a meal off the babaganoush alone but really enjoyed the falafel, chicken schwarma, and gyro as well. Very fresh and fast. Already looking forward to more meals!

Love this place! Everything I’ve ever ordered was great! The Gyro is my favorite and their Tzatziki is awesome! Their hummus is addicting, but the Baba Ghannouj is the best! That smoky flavor is out of this world! So, what if the place looks a little run down? I care more about the food than the ambiance and this place totally brings the flavors!

Nice little restaurant tucked away. the food at the lunch buffet was pretty good the only thing that I would have asked for was more in the way of me to have one choice they cook it at the time that you’re purchasing it and that’s the only meat that you get. The baba ganoush was very good the salads were very good and the eggplant was delicious.

Hummus and Baba Ghanoush were good. The chicken and kofta kebab were delicious but the quantity was very small. I wish the kebabs were also on the buffet. We had buffet but apparently only salad bar and some grilled veggies were only buffet, one plate of meat and rice came from the kitchen what they called buffet. My wife and I had buffet and I had beef with my buffet while my wife had chicken kabab. Two small pieces of kofta kabab came with my buffet and 4 pieces of chicken came with my wife’s buffet along with small bowl of rice. Quantity was a big disappointment. Hanan Elyan, our server was very friendly and made us feel good about our decision to try La-shish.
